Meet the Management Team
Patricia McConn is the Chief Operating Officer of the Dualway Group. Prior to her appointment as COO in 2014, she was the Company’s Operations/Financial Controller.
Patricia is a graduate and holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.),and a Graduate Diploma Institute of Chartered Logistics & Transport, Diploma for Accounting Technicians & Computerised Accounting (Accounting Technicians Ireland).
Linda Pitkänen joined the Dualway Group as the Sales and Marketing Manager in 2017. She has extensive experience in Tourism and Education Management.
Linda is a graduate and holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration in addition to an Master in Business Administration from Linnaeus University. Linda is fluent in English, Swedish and Finnish.
Prior to his appointment as the Day Tours Manager, Jonathan had a number of different roles within the Dualway Group. He joined the company as a Sales Assistant before quickly being promoted to the Assistant Sales Manager. He was then promoted to a role as a Supervisor on the the City Sightseeing Team. Jonathan has completely Level 6 Professional training in ITAA Supervisory & Managing Development Programme as well as the Dualway Management Development Programme.
Karolina joined the group as a Sales Administrative Assistant in 2014. Her talent was recognised and she was quickly promoted to the role as Assistant Manger before acquiring her current position. Karolina is a graduate and holds a Masters Degree in History and Social Studies from the University of Lubin in addition to a level 7 in the Violin. Karolina is fluent in English and Polish.

Marty joined the group as the Maintenance Manager in 2016. Following his Leaving Cert he completed a HGV Apprenticeship. After joining the Dualway group Marty completed a Management Development Course, Order Malta First Aid Course, Eclipse Diagnosis Course.
