Dualway Group achieves Optimus Business Excellence Award 2010 & 2011
The Dualway Group was awarded the Optimus Mark of Excellence by Failte Ireland. Optimus, which is recognised as the major tourism accolade in Ireland for overall excellence, is based on the standards of the best in the hospitality industry across Europe. The award recognises businesses that demonstrate a deep commitment to continuous improvement and superior performance with a strategic approach to managing their business.
New Dualway Identity Wins Brand Awards October 2009
The new Dualway image/logo wins best Livery in the Fleet Magazine Coach & Bus Awards 2009. Dualway's new identity, designed by Room Three, was recognised as a clean, fresh image which captivated the energy of The Dualway Group.Dualway's new idenity also received a special commendation at the IDI (Institute of Design in Ireland) Awards 2009.

Optimus Customer Service Excellence Award
The Dualway team have received Failte Ireland's (Irish Tourism Board's) Customer Service Excellence Award for four consecutive years 2004-2007. Working side by side Dualway's staff and management team strive to deliver exemplary customer service through warmth, humour and hospitality. Recognising the Group for its excellent standards in customer service delivery Failite Ireland have awarded Dualway with the Optimus Mark of Excellence Award.
