Environmental Policy

One of the core values Dualway holds close to its heart is to work as a Green Socially Aware organisation. With that in mind one of Dualway's Corporate Objectives is "To Protect the environment for future generations"

Environmental Policy - Dualway Fleet:

Dualway is committed to its team and its community. That’s why Dualway is striving to operate a near zero emissions fleet by 2013. Dualway’s is at 85% of its target with over two thirds of its fleet made up of Euro 2 low emissions vehicles.
Through 2010 Dualway's driver refresher courses will focus closely on driving with fuel efficiency in mind with a target to reduce fuel usage by up to 20%.

Environmental Policy - Dualway Depot:

Dualway has undergone an energy survey by SEI and is working through 2010 to manage energy consumption throughout the organisation. Following their recommendations the depot has been upgraded to maximise energy efficiency and reduce waste. Since January 2009 Dualway has moved to Airtricity for its power supply and an energy officer has been appointed to ensure that energy reduction targets are met.
